A boardroom conversation
A recent Economic Times[2] report described Ram Charan[1], now in his mid-eighties, running a two-day masterclass on strategic AI and digital transformation.
When an adviser of his stature takes up a topic, it is a signal. AI is no longer only a technology conversation. It is a CEO conversation and a boardroom conversation, and one of the most respected business strategists is telling leaders that this is where their attention needs to go.
Rajneesh Mittal, founder and CEO of Algorizz, welcomes the shift, but points to something that is often missed in conversations at that altitude.
The layer that executes
A CEO and two or three senior leaders becoming fluent in AI is necessary, but not sufficient. Most of the actual work of transformation happens one or two layers below: the function heads, regional heads and VPs running businesses, plants, branches and products. These 20 to 30 leaders make a hundred decisions a day about what gets built, bought, prioritised or parked. The group also includes MBA graduates being prepared for leadership roles.
“The CEO and top two or three leaders getting fluent on AI is necessary, but not sufficient.
If these leaders are not part of the same conversation, the transformation stalls. It rarely fails outright. It quietly underdelivers[3], often so subtly that the organisation does not notice. Algorizz says it sees this pattern in nearly every enterprise it works with.
The Leadership OS for the AI Era
Algorizz Technologies has built The Leadership OS for the AI Era to close that gap. It is a two-day immersive bootcamp for cross-functional leaders: not just the CEO and CFO, but the layer that executes. The CFO and her team, the CMO and her function heads, the COO and his plant heads, the CHRO and his business partners all sit in the same room and build a shared way of thinking about what is coming and how to respond.
What sets it apart
The programme is run by practitioners. Mittal has served as CTO at Zee Entertainment and Manipal Group, and Algorizz builds AI products and solutions across a range of industries. The examples and stories in the bootcamp come from that work rather than from journal articles.
Support continues after the sessions end. As an AI build company, Algorizz can stay involved to help turn ideas from the bootcamp into working initiatives before day-to-day pressures take over. Where most programmes end with the closing session, this is where Algorizz’s involvement starts.

The bootcamp is designed for the whole leadership bench. Algorizz runs it in-house, tailors it to each business and takes 20 to 25 leaders through it together, so they leave with a shared language that carries forward.
Is the bench AI-ready?
Algorizz is aiming the programme at CHROs, L&D heads and CEOs who want their wider leadership team ready for AI.
“The biggest risk right now isn’t being late to AI. It’s assuming your team is already there when they might not be.
